Running - Training ground

June 1, 2008:
Found a training ground for preparation towards the marathon...the "brigde round" ("Brückenrunde") in Bonn. Something between 10 and 13 km length...
First attempt to make it was over after around km 6 or 7. But after some 1 to 2 km walking I managed to finish the round running the rest :-)
Let's hope for some improvement...
